Questions we hear a lot

For job sites, plan on about 1 unit for every 10 workers on a 40 hour week with weekly service. For events, use the calculator on our events page. Most events need 1 unit for every 50 to 100 guests, depending on how long it runs and whether alcohol is served.

On level, solid ground our truck can reach, within about 25 feet of where we can park. Keep it away from overhead lines and out of low spots that flood. Tell us exactly where in the placement notes when you book.

Units stay in service all year. In hard freezes we add a salt brine to the tank so it does not freeze solid. If the road to your unit is snowed in or iced over, we will text you and come back as soon as it is safe.

Pay by card when you book. Events are paid in full up front. Job sites are billed every 28 days to the same card. Contractors can choose "Invoice my company" and we will send an invoice by email.

For job sites, request a pickup any time and billing stops at the end of your current 28 day period. For events, let us know as soon as plans change. Cancellation details are in our rental terms.

Call or text us right away. We will come clean it up and check the unit. Normal wear is on us. Damage from vandalism, fire, vehicles, or misuse may carry a repair or replacement charge, explained in our rental terms.

Yes. We need to reach the unit each service. If there is a gate code, locked gate, or a dog, put it in your booking notes. If we cannot get in, we will text you and reschedule.

Sometimes. If your address is past our normal delivery area, the booking page will ask for your details and we will call you with a quote.

Trailer mounted units and hand wash stations are listed on our pricing page when available. ADA units are coming. Call us if you need one.

Any tax that applies is shown as its own line before you pay, so the total you see is the total you pay.
