Septic Solutions LLC dba Prairie Johns runs prairiejohns.com. This page explains what we collect and who we share it with. Short version: we collect what we need to deliver and service your rental, we use a few service providers to do that, and we do not sell your information.

What we collect

• Your name, company, phone number, and email.
• The delivery address, placement notes, gate code, and on-site contact you give us.
• Your booking details and payment history. We never see or store your full card number.
• Messages you send through our contact or quote forms.
• Photos we take of units at your site after each service.

Who we share it with

• Stripe processes card payments and invoices. Your card details go straight to Stripe.
• Resend sends our emails (confirmations and service updates).
• Twilio sends our text messages, only if you agree to receive texts.
• Address lookup: when you check an address, it is sent to the U.S. Census Bureau geocoder or Google Maps to find its location and figure out your delivery zone.
• Cloudflare hosts this website and our booking database.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for advertising. We may share information if the law requires it.

Text messages

If you opt in, we text you about your rental: booking confirmations, on the way alerts, service photos, and pickup updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Your phone number and opt-in are never shared with third parties for marketing.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising or analytics trackers. The only cookie is a login cookie for our staff admin page.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and payment records as long as we need them for business and tax purposes. Ask us and we will delete anything we are not required to keep.
