Every service, the same seven steps
A portable restroom is only as good as its last cleaning. Here is exactly what we do each time.
Pump out
We vacuum the waste tank completely, every service.
Scrub
Seat, lid, walls, floor, urinal, and door handle, scrubbed and wiped down.
Restock paper
Fresh rolls of toilet paper, with a spare left in the unit.
Refill sanitizer
Hand sanitizer topped off, and the hand wash station refilled if you have one.
Deodorize
Fresh blue tank treatment to keep odor down between visits.
Check it over
Door, latch, vent, and placement. If something is damaged or moved, we tell you.
Photo proof
We take a photo of the clean unit and text it to you, so you know it was done.
Photo proof, sent to you
After every service you get a text and an email with a photo of the clean unit and the time we were there. It is your record that the work was done, and our way of holding ourselves to it.
Something not right?
If a unit gets tipped, damaged, or needs an extra cleaning before the next scheduled visit, contact us and we will get out there.
